We provide software to help you manage your coaching center. In return, you agree to use it legally, keep your account secure, and pay the agreed-upon fees. We take your student data security very seriously, and we aim for 99.9% uptime.
By accessing or using Aarambh Coaching (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees are set based on the plan you choose. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise during the checkout process.
Aarambh Coaching acts as a Data Processor for the student data you upload. You, the Institute Owner, are the Data Controller. You represent that you have the necessary consent from parents to input their children's data into our system.
Aarambh Coaching provides the service "as is." While we strive for absolute accuracy, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or hardware integrations.
